Lifestyle Guidance

I grew up eating candy, fried foods, and hot dogs, thinking having a bloated belly and high cholesterol was normal.  A former 'junk food junkie', my own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to each client. 


I love food, I love cooking and I love helping people.  As a coach, I can combine all three and meet each person where they are at.  


Everyone has different needs and is unique in what supports their individual health & happiness.  These needs will change over time, so continually adjusting our approach to health & lifestyle is necessary.  We will navigate physical, mental, emotional & spiritual aspects, while gaining an understanding of your bio-individuality, understanding that each person is unique in health, body and mind.
