Lived Experience, Lasting Change

I didn’t grow up on green smoothies and kale. My childhood diet was full of candy, fried foods, and hot dogs — and I believed that feeling bloated or having high cholesterol was just… normal. 

As a former self-proclaimed junk food junkie, my personal journey toward a healthier lifestyle has given me deep insight into the real-life challenges people face when trying to make lasting changes. This lived experience allows me to bring empathy, compassion, and zero judgment to every client I work with.


I genuinely love food, I love cooking, and I love helping people — and as a health coach, I get to combine all three. I meet each person exactly where they are, offering support that's practical, personalized, and rooted in respect.


Health isn’t one-size-fits-all. We each have unique needs that evolve over time. That’s why my approach is all about flexibility and sustainability — addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being while honoring your unique bio-individuality.
