I grew up eating candy, fried foods, and hot dogs, thinking having a bloated belly and high cholesterol was normal. A former 'junk food junkie', my own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to each client.
I love food, I love cooking and I love helping people. As a coach, I can combine all three and meet each person where they are at.
